(Dr.) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd is a serial real estate investor, property developer, philanthropist and a Pan-Africa advocate. With over decades of experience in real estate and with deep understanding of property management and development in Nigeria, he sits as one of the foremost real estate industry leaders in Nigeria.

Hon. (Dr.) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa provides strategic and business leadership for Harmony Gardens and Estates Development, overseeing the day-to-day business activities of the organization. He is a leader committed to transformation which empowers staff, consultants and real estate agents to be the best version of themselves with an emphasis on excellence, diligence and integrity.

Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated uncommon resilience and innovation in estate planning, properly development, land acquisition, project management, strategic partnerships, and community relations. 

He sits on the board of many organizations, including but not limited to, Chairman/Director of operations; Royal Crystal Airways, New Horizon Aviation Agency, BMTC Logistics Limited, Executive Director, Ibile Auctioneer and Recovery Limited and Executive Managing Director, RedBricks Homes International.

Mr Ibile, as he is fondly called through Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited has provided properties for over 1000+ clients. Aside from his love for the business, he is also passionate about Pan-Yoruba ideologies. 

Part of his awards and achievements include an Honourary Doctorate Award from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management & Politics (CIPRMP), Ghana. This honorary doctorate award was given to him based on his resilient efforts in facilitating 4,000 Hajj Pilgrims movement in 2008 and also assisting an itch-free electoral process for Ghanaian Muslims to vote during the Hajj pilgrimage which led to the emergency of Atta Mill in Ghana. 

He is a devoted Muslim, passionate youths and has a beautiful family he loves to spend time with.
