BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES (BDEs)

Business Development Executives (BDEs) are officials of the company under the supervision of the Business Development Associates (BDAs). 6 of the BDEs work directly under a BDA as a team.
They can be promoted to the level of BDAs upon meeting their targets. In fact, they are the Company Ambassadors who only work, and sell for the company, not any other brands.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATION
• Each of the BDEs must register at least 10 independent marketers as consultants on our platform to form his /her own personal team, they are independent marketers.
• Every BDE is a marketing lead that must have capacities of bringing at least 10 consultants to the platform but those consultants are not on the company’s payroll.
• Each of the BDEs works directly under the supervision of one BDA who report to the Business & Sales Manager through the Sales Directors and Product Sales.

 

Each BDE must have pre-knowledge of:
• Generate Sales leads through New Selling / Up-Selling / Cross-Selling for the Harmony Garden’s products and handling the sales process from the initial contact up-to-the closure
• Achieving all Sales objectives in line with the clients’ marketing plan and developing
• Ability to plan and organize projects to ensure sales opportunity maximization
• Develop a full understanding of the business and Real Estate advertising marketplace
• Develop Client’s quotation and insightful proposals and follow up on the actual budget, expenses devoted for mobilization
