BRG visits Harmony Garden

The Executive Director of Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited, Mr. Kabiru M. Audullahi, recently welcomed a group of esteemed realtors from the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG) for a comprehensive inspection tour of the various offerings from the renowned real estate firm. The visit, which marked a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering strategic partnerships within the real estate sector, provided an opportunity for both parties to engage in in-depth discussions and explore collaborative possibilities.

During the tour, Mr. Audullahi personally led the delegation through several of Harmony Garden’s flagship developments, showcasing the firm’s dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainable urban planning. Highlights included meticulously designed residential estates, mixed-use commercial plots, and upcoming infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing the living standards of future residents. The visiting BRG members expressed admiration for the high standards of planning, aesthetics, and functionality evident throughout the estates.

Mr. Audullahi emphasized the company’s vision of transforming real estate investments in Nigeria through integrity, transparency, and excellence. He also reiterated Harmony Garden’s commitment to delivering value to clients and partners alike. The event concluded with a networking session, where both parties exchanged ideas on market trends, investment strategies, and the future of real estate development in the region.

Among other reasons, the aim of this Tour was to assess the level of development at the Granville Estate and the Lekki Aviation Town, while also inspecting other portfolio from the Harmony Garden’s brand.

Mr. Kabiru led the BRG and Harmony Garden’s team in providing insights into the company’s value propositions, and also reassured the realtors that all essential documentation potential buyers need is readily available. He emphasized that all Harmony Garden’s properties come with either Government Excision, Government Allocation, Certificate of Occupancy and Governor’s Consents.

BRG Exploring the estate

At the Lekki Aviation Town, the Director of Operation, Mr. Omokafe Segun, elaborated on the 100 units of 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom duplexes named Asake Cottage currently being developed by the Harmony Garden brand. The goal of these houses is to ensure home ownership is easier and accessible for all Nigerians in Nigeria and Nigerians in the Diaspora.

The MD/CEO of Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited, Hon. (Dr.) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa concluded the Estate Tour by sensitizing and educating the esteemed Realtors on how easier it is for Nigerians within and outside Nigeria to participate and easily own their homes through the National Housing Scheme of the Federal Government of Nigeria initiative.

Mr. Matthew Israel, who guided the BRG team of Realtors during the Tour, expressed confidence in stronger partnership for the growth of Real Estate in Nigeria and greater satisfaction and trust by clients in the Harmony Garden’s brand.

The BRG realtors had the opportunity to explore notable locations, including Granville Estate, Oju Alaro Estate, Majestic Bay Estate, Houses of Parliament also known as The Parliament along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos on the same expressway.
