These Terms govern Your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree, do not use the Service.

You represent that You are over 18. Users under 18 are not permitted. Your use is also subject to Our Privacy Policy.

Web Application Use

The Web Application enables Realtors to refer clients and Clients to purchase land or houses. By using it, You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and transaction information.
• Ensure all referrals and interactions are genuine and lawful.
• Comply with all applicable laws for real estate transactions.
• Understand all financial transactions are Your responsibility while the Company facilitates them.

General Safety Guidelines

1. Do not click unverified links.
2. Always verify dashboard URLs.
3. Be vigilant with online activity.
4. If suspicious activity is detected, reset your password and contact support immediately.

⚠️ Account compromise due to negligence is the user's responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

Payment Notice and Security

Please note that Harmony Garden does not currently accept online payments for any property purchases. All transactions must be completed using the official Company account number displayed in your account during the purchase process.

Even when we activate online payment in the future, your payment information will never be stored on our servers. We will only use trusted and secure payment gateways such as Paystack or Flutterwave to process payments safely.

Always ensure you are logged in to your account via the official Harmony Garden Web Application for property management. Verify the URL carefully before making any payment.

Warning: Harmony Garden staff will never ask you to make payments via a link sent in an email or message. Any such request is fraudulent and should be report to us and ignored immediately.

Prohibited Use

Examples of prohibited use include:

• Harassing, threatening, or harming others.
• Posting unauthorized copyrighted content.
• Using automated scripts without permission.
• Interfering with proper functioning of the Website.
• Engaging in illegal activities, spam, or distributing malware.
