Harmony Garden’s August Visitor – Harmony Renewed Hope

On the 12th Day of April 2025, it was a special Saturday at the Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited flagship project, Lekki Aviation Town – home to “Harmony Renewed Hope”, a landmark real estate initiative located in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. The atmosphere was vibrant as the company had scheduled and meticulously prepared to host the Honourable Minister of the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Architect Ahmed Musa Dangiwa. His visit marked a significant milestone, symbolizing federal recognition of the project’s potential impact on urban development. The occasion brought together industry stakeholders, government officials, and investors, all eager to witness the progress and promise of Lekki Aviation Town.

This visit has once again put Harmony Garden in the spotlight of the real estate industry in Lagos posing as the beginning of a fruitful partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria in a bid to deliver modern affordable housing situated within Lekki Aviation Town, Ibeju Lekki directly opposite the proposed Lekki International Airport. The project “Harmony Renewed Hope” aims to be a part of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda targeted at middle-income Nigerians outside the country looking for sustainable real estate investments and urban developments in Nigeria. 

Harmony Garden Renewed Hope

Harmony Renewed Hope Estate will include state of the art infrastructure, high grade security systems with CCTV and around the clock surveillance, fully completed road and routes causing ease of access in and out of the estate, beautifully done horticulture and majestic views and so much more. It is projected to provide an estimated 6000 jobs directly and otherwise during the construction and conclusion phases; jobs within several sectors of the labour economy significantly.

Harmony Garden boasts the financial support of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria(FMBN) as well as the Federal Government’s committed support to deliver easy access to prospective homeowners. Present on scene to commandeer this partnership, Harmony Garden Chairman, Mogaji Wole Arisekola, confirmed an undisclosed sum to be invested directly into the FGN Harmony Partnership while the Managing Director Honourable (Dr.) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, the Lagos Landlord himself affirmed the commencement of the Ibile Traditional Mortgage Scheme.
