Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated uncommon resilience and innovation in estate planning, property development, land acquisition, project management, strategic partnerships, and community relations.

Mr Ibile, as he is fondly called through Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited, has provided properties for over 1000+ clients. Aside from his love for the business, he is also passionate about Pan-Yoruba ideologies. 

Part of his awards and achievements include an Honorary Doctorate Award from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management & Politics (CIPRMP), Ghana. This honorary doctorate award was given to him based on his resilient efforts in facilitating 4,000 Hajj Pilgrims movement in 2008 and also assisting an itch-free electoral process for Ghanaian Muslims to vote during the Hajj pilgrimage which led to the emergency of Atta Mill in Ghana.
