The Executive Director of Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited<\/strong><\/a>, Mr. Kabiru M. Audullahi, recently welcomed a group of esteemed realtors from the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG)<\/a><\/strong> for a comprehensive inspection tour of the various offerings from the renowned real estate firm. The visit, which marked a significant milestone in the company\u2019s ongoing commitment to fostering strategic partnerships within the real estate sector, provided an opportunity for both parties to engage in in-depth discussions and explore collaborative possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the tour, Mr. Audullahi personally led the delegation through several of Harmony Garden\u2019s flagship developments, showcasing the firm\u2019s dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainable urban planning. Highlights included meticulously designed residential estates, mixed-use commercial plots, and upcoming infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing the living standards of future residents. The visiting BRG members expressed admiration for the high standards of planning, aesthetics, and functionality evident throughout the estates.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mr. Kabiru led the BRG and Harmony Garden’s team<\/a> in providing insights into the company’s value propositions, and also reassured the realtors that all essential documentation potential buyers need is readily available. He emphasized that all Harmony Garden’s properties come with either Government Excision, Government Allocation, Certificate of Occupancy and Governor\u2019s Consents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BRG Exploring the estate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the Lekki Aviation Town<\/a>, the Director of Operation, Mr. Omokafe Segun, elaborated on the 100 units of 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom duplexes named Asake Cottage currently being developed by the Harmony Garden brand. The goal of these houses is to ensure home ownership is easier and accessible for all Nigerians in Nigeria and Nigerians in the Diaspora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MD\/CEO of Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited, Hon. (Dr.) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa<\/strong><\/a> concluded the Estate Tour by sensitizing and educating the esteemed Realtors on how easier it is for Nigerians within and outside Nigeria to participate and easily own their homes through the National Housing Scheme of the Federal Government of Nigeria initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
